Why do I need maintenance?
Since 1955, many have grown to rely upon PHA’s Energy Savings Agreement Program to prevent premature equipment breakdowns and to keep their comfort systems operating at peak performance. Not only do we recommend having this vital service performed regularly to keep your system clean, efficient and operational, but your equipment manufacturer often requires it to validate any remaining warranties should you need any repairs in the future. In addition to the obvious benefits of having routine maintenance, PHA offers many benefits to our maintenance customers including discounts on repairs, concierge service, inflation protection, no overtime fees and 24-hour emergency service.
PHA maintenance customers receive 2 visits a year, one for the heating side cleaning and one for cooling.
