“On Saturday our upstairs unit decided to not pump cold air I called PHA and they said a technician would contact me back, in my head I’m thinking it would be hours well I was wrong Tim contacted me with in 30 minutes and he was easy to talk to! When Tim showed up he was very professional he found the problem and fixed it we are very thankful for him!!! His attitude was amazing and pretty awesome personality !!! I highly recommend this company.”
